What does the work bring to you? Achievment, pressure, fun or others?

We have to work for living. Work indeed takes up lots of time in life. What does the work bring to us?
I love the work that I am doing, challenging and having fun.
Every day I know I am in some progress in technology, communication, troubleshooting, teamwork, etc.
I enjoy the working time.
