no doubt manny pacman paquiao, ever since cotto lose its manny , hes the number one pound for pound champ......

Off course the Pacman is the number pound for pound fighter in the world. Even if Pretty Boy Floyd did not retire in boxing, I would still give it to Pacman. His performance on his last 4 fights really deserves him to be on the top list. Floyd is so boring that even my dogs get sleepy watching him.
