Do eggs be boiled -hard???

some of my friends say eggs should be boiled-hard,I couldn't get the idea,because boiled-hard may destroy the nutrition of eggs.I would like to know your opinions..Do eggs be boiled-hard? is it a good way of eating eggs?

I think,eggs should not be boiled too hard.I don't like eggs boiled too hard. It leads to loss of nutrient and taste,so it is of no use.

Most of amino acids (protein)in an egg are found in the white.The yolk is mostly fat.The protein content of a raw or cooked eggs is basically the same,no matter how you cook it.Beside, to destroy the bacteria,egg must be cooked,sunny side up or raw eggs carry salmonellosis risk.Hard boiled, scrambled or poached eggs do not..cheers..

Eggs are good boiled. Thats alot of things you can make with boiled eggs like egg salad potato salad and deviled eggs. Try'em there good!
