To anyone who have been to Australia or those living in Australia, what do you think are the top ten most interesting places to visit? I'm looking to seeing architecture, cultural heritage and breathtaking scenery. I'm don't know how to dive so the Great Barrier Reef might not be for me.

Australia is one of my favorite countries. Here are some ideas of the 10 places that I think that you would enjoy most of all.
1. Sydney has an unusual looking opera house and a stunning looking harbor bridge. A walk around the botanical gardens at sunset is lovely because you would see all the friendly parrots. The Rocks is a historical area with some great architecture. The beaches north and south of the harbor are superb.
2. Byron Bay has a lovely looking lighthouse and some beautiful coastal scenery.
3. Cairns has snorkeling trips to the Great Barrier Reef.
4. Darwin has trips including the Kakadu National Park. There you could find out about aboriginals and see wildlife like crocodiles.
5. Perth is a lovely city with interesting architecture and a park by the river with kangaroos in it.
6. Albany is a historical looking place with lovely architecture. It is a bus journey south from Perth.
7. Monkey Mia is where you can see dolphins and pelicans. It is a bus journey from north from Perth.
8. Kalbarri is a place with amazing scenery like a gorge that you can kayak in and cliffs with fine coastal views. Many activities can be done there. It is a bus journey north from Perth.
9. Adelaide is a pleasant city full of parks and gardens. From it you could take a trip to Kangaroo Island to see penguins, seals and lovely scenery.
10. The Great Ocean Road would be a scenic journey along part of the route from Adelaide to Melbourne. You could take a trip on a tram in Melbourne and visit some of the art galleries.
