Why people kill each other? what can police do?

There are many bad people in the world who enjoy killing! How is it possible? Why people do that? Is it the country, the government, the family, the sociality, tv, movies, games... or each one for himself? i was brought up by my parents in a way i wouldnt hurt a fly!... so it disgust me just the thouht of stabbing a knife in somebody! Why teens are doing that more and more? why blaming the police? what can they really do? i think and think and cant find a solution viable for police to wok it out... if they search tenns they complain and if they dont search, victimc complain! whats happening in the world? i wish there was a solution. is it? if you know tell me all about it even if it is just to dream and sleep better without worrying about my baby future...
