The best thing to do is to practice being healthy everyday like:
Exercise. You can never go wrong Exercising. It helps you to feel and look better. It also helps to have proper digestion and regular bowel movement. You can play your favorite sports like tennis, basketball and many more. You can also work, anything that helps you to sweat.
Eating balance diet. You should know your bodies capacity. Always eat nutritious food like vegetable and fruits. Do not eat Junk foods because they can harm your body.
Sleep properly. You should sleep 8 to 9 hours a day. It helps you to lessen your stress and feel active he day you wake up. Always remember not to extend your sleep long because it can result to laziness.
Water. Drink a lot of water because water removes all the harmful things in your body.It also helps to make your skin look healthy and soft.
Relax. Always reward yourself by relaxing.You can go to spa. It can help you to lessen your stress and improve your health.
If you are feeling uneasy and unhealthy on a day. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and then Sleep. Do not think about the things that can stress you. I hope this helps! Thank you and God Bless!

hi lingala yes one should drink at least 8 to ten glasses
of water a day, not eat too much fatty food, and eat lots
of veggies, and fruits, lean meats , lo fat dairy and whole
grains and you will be very healthy.

to have an healthy life one must exercise regularly, eat good food like vegetables, fruits. the person should desist from eating much cooked especially fast foods and anything fried.
Drinking water regularly like 8 cups a day is good for adults.

You are absolutely right. Rice water is very nutrious and if you feel tired and unhealthy it is better to have liquid food. Rice water contains vitamins like B,iron, carbohydrates and other essential nutrients. You can keep healthy without having heavy or oily food.
