Do you Like Filipino Dishes? What's your favorite?

Hi EveryOne! I'm a Filipina and I think that Filipino food is one of the best cuisine in the world because they are very tasty and easy to cook. My favorite Filipino dish are adobo, sinigang and pochero with either pork or fish. Filipino dish is known with its tuyo and dinuguan and other kakanin and a variety of exotic delicacies.

Well I knowledge is zero about Filipino dishes.Do you have some exciting veg dishes.I am vegeterian and looking for exciting veg recipe.If you have then please name them I will get the preparation method from web.

I have this one special resipe that my husband loves...
Spicy Tuna Spaghetti:
I used the Hot and Spicy of Century Tuna in can and lots of tomatoes.
This is how to cook it:
1. cut the tomatoes in cubes.
2. separate the oil of the tuna.
3. Saute the tomatoes with the oil of the tuna
4. Then add desired amount of pepper and salt to taste.
5. Put the tuna and then add water and let it simmer.
6 Cook separately the pasta.
You should try it. It's really good!

You could alsor try to just boil okra, eggplant, squash,malunggay. then when all the veggies is cook, add salt to taste. It really tase good specially the soup.
