Yes, I think that Tina should keep him. I always think that with surrogacy there's a chance that the surrogate will not want to give them up, and the couple receiving the baby should always be prepared for this to happen, however difficult this thought is. Also, in Hollyoaks, Tina obviously has feelings for the baby and has bonded with him. That is an extremely strong attachment and it would be cruel of Jackie to make her sister break it. I also think it may have been different if the baby wasn't biologically Tina's. If, for instance, Jackie's egg had been implanted into Tina's womb then she would have more of a claim to him. However, it's Tina's baby, and so in my opinion she has the right to bring him up. Jackie should be sympathetic to Tina's point of view, however upset she is, as they're both in the same position now of not being able to have further children.

I think Tina should have kept the baby. I totally agree with you - it would be bad for Jacki and Tony but at the end of the day, Tina carried baby Max and he's her last hope. Tony and Jacki can always adopt as the baby might not even be Tony's anyway!

Well it is all going to be a bit of a mess really, especially when it comes out who the father of the baby is. I dont think Tony is going to be too chuft about having the baby then and neither is Dom!!
