Why is it that anyone who starts reading this don't finish it?

I read the whole book. But I do speak to a lot of people who don't get through it. I think its because while you are reading it you go through a personal transformation, and if you aren't ready for it, you tend to put the book off...saying I need to finish this book someday.

I bought this book more or less 1 and haf years ago, but at the time, i dont think that i have time to read this book ( well, it 40 days commitment^^). Last month I had a very huge problem, then i start to read this book. It gimme a new poit of view about being a Christian. Angd through this book, i've had my own experience of miracle of God. Well, sometimes it makes me wanna stop to read it, or even had no time to read it but thanks the Lord, I never missed a day, and this is my 40th day...

I did finished reading the book. I find the first few chapters better than the rest of the chapters.

I read the book and got alot out of it! I think it is a must read for every one.

why is it its happening?even I myself didn't have the time to finish reading this i believe its a marvelous book who will bring me closer to God. I want to experience a joy that comes from Him. But i promised to myself that i should finish this book. sometimes there were times that i was in the lowest points but still it made me understand that God has a purpose in everything that was happening in our lives and when I start reading this book a new hope and a strong faith to our Almighty Father increase.

Umm....whats the name of the book? I cant really not finish it if I have no clue what it is.

I have never read this book and I have never started reading this book. I hear a lot about it but I don't care to read it. I know that several people feel that it issomething that we all should read. However, I think that our Bibles are more important than the book.

I have two copies of this book. I was reading it with my then boyfriend. I did not find it profound although I found it helpful. I didn't finish it (we didn't finish it). For one thing I was not in total agreement with all of the authors ideas but more so, I think I got a little bored with it after a while. I know it has nothing to do with time, because I have been reading with such ferver lately because I have chosen books that are so interesting to me. So I think it may be in the author's style of writing. I think at a point the reader becomes kind of bored.
