Do You Think Barry Bonds Will Play With Another Team Again?

I don't know if he will play in the pros again. Even though he could benefit a team he has a bad reputation due to steroid allegations. I believe personally he took steriods to gain an edge because his numbers ]
jumped up incredibly high as he got older he
older peoples stats almost always go down. For
example he never hit 50 home runs in a season
and than suddenly he hits 73 home runs in 1 season. This happened in his late 30s. I still believe his talent alone is good enough to help a team now but for how long because hes in his early forties. He might be going to prison instead though.

definately not this season, i think maybe next year there is a possibility of him playing for a team like oakland or someone in the AL. he just doesn't have the wheels to play the field but he can surely still hit.

I don't think that any team in the MLB will want to sign Barry Bonds because they would have to deal with the drama in the locker room and the media snooping around the place all the time. Barry had his time in the MLB before the steroids came around and bit him, I think that he is a disgrace to the name of sports and his name shouldn't be where the most Homers hit is. He cannot benefit to a team because all he can bring is failure because he hasn't won a world series in San Fransisco and that is because all he cares about is himself and his own accomplishments and not his teammates, honestly they are better without him because the have a good core of young guys and Tim Lincecum leading the charge

I think your right he had his time and should retire anyway because he is 44 years of age. Even way before his steroid contraversy he had a great career. The steroid problems combined with his age will most definitely mean nobody will sign him. I don't think he should feel bad all the way though because he had a great career. I hope somebody does break the homerun record without all the drama of steroid allegations and legal problems. I believe Alex Rodrigez will most likely be the 1 to be the new homerun record career record breaker.

Well there is a lot of speculation that Barry Bonds will return to the MLB. Regarding the steroid allegations, what's done is done and the past is the past. As much as I lost respect for players who do it, the media is overkilling these allegations to the point where it has just become annoying. I want to read and hear about baseball, the actual game, not the 120 billionth thread about steroid use. Sorry, went of on a tangent there. Anyway, there is speculation that Bonds will return. But what is beyond me is that he wants to return the NL. I'm sorry but a team is not going to bring him in for his defense, but obviously his bat. So it would be wise for an AL team to pursue him and place him as a DH where he can do the most damage while the team maintains its defensive integrity.

The only team that's even talking about picking him up and that's through media speculation would be the Arizona Diamondbacks. I don't know if anyone would want him because of just that even if he is found not guilty on all accounts. I'm not sure if it was just steroids because he had to do the work himself.
The only thing he could do is maybe DH because I don't know how well his knees are going to hold up actually. That's just me being honest about it and blunt. It's all a matter of is he healthy enough to return?
What I'm curious on is say someone signs, what would the reaction be exactly if a team would sign him?

I really hope he returns to the big leagues only to find that everyone from managers to fans to other players hate him. But, I do think he will find another team, just because that so many team, including the Arizona Diamondbacks, need power hitting, and Barry can still, unfortunately, smack the ball around and draw plenty of walks. I really don't like the guy, but he can still rake, and that will draw interest from teams coming down the stretch.

I don't think he will play again but I don't think its because of Steroids. Lets face the guy is a selfish jerk, that is why he won't play again.
