Why is making money on the internet so hard?

I have for the last six months been researching the internet, and looking into ways of making a living on the internet. I breaks my heart there are so many evil people on the internet that scam newbies like me. Does anyone know on of a relatively simply way to make a living on-line???

It's hard because so many people are desperate to get rich quick that they give their money away to scam artists.
If you're willing to take your time and build your web business with diligent effort, you can make money, but it takes time.

It is definitely hard. I was also looking for a way to make money online and almost fell for a scam. I was trying to see i I could do something onine because I am about to start grad schol and I don't think I will have much time to work outside the home, but I dont really think there are any apparent ways to do so unless you work hard yourself. Nothing worthwhile is going to be handed to you. I wish it could be lol.
