At this moment in time, I like the look of MyLot.com alot, and was wondering if I produce good and interesting content, and spent 10 hours a week on the MyLot.com web-site how much roughly could I earn? Also are there any users of MyLot.com making a full time living from the web-site, apart from the owners of the site?

You won't get far with myLot alone, but there are so many posts that inform us aobut other sites and programs, it would be difficult not to make any money! Keep reading the posts, and try the ones that appeal to you. At least until you're well on your way, avoid the ones that requie an investment. There are others that require "participation," which indicates that they're selling things, lots of things, and looking to get you on numerous mailing lists. It won't take long for you to sort it all out.
Good luck!

Mylot is a very good place to earn some pocket change just on your own efforts. You know about how they always say that you should put all your small change into a jar on a daily basis and before you know it, it all adds up to something fairly substantial. Well, I spend about an hour to two hours on Mylot on a daily basis instead of putting my coins into a jar (usually because I don't have any at the end of the day) and I also have about 2 other sites that I earn money from. So far, I've had my best ever month on mylot - my regular earnings are about 40 cents a night.
So, if I can keep this up, I should be able to make payout on a monthly basis - I should get about $12 at the end of the month. This is clearly not enough for me to live on. However, it's good spare change money. This is money I can probably use to buy a small treat at the end of the year.
However, this would be a different story if I had referrals who were as active on mylot as I am. Once you have active referrals, you can double, triple or even multiply by ten, your basic income from mylot without having to do the same with your own efforts. Referrals are like the magic formula to making good money on line.
But there is a catch. Getting referrals is not easy and getting people to sign onto mylot is very tough, based on my personal experience. Getting people to take part will be another challenge.
So, yes, do spend time on mylot. The money here could be a welcome addition to your regular income. But don't expect it to replace your day job or for it to become an alternative to other work unless you can find at least 100 referrals who are as hard working as you are.

As others have said, you definitely can't make a part-time living on here, especially not spending only 10 hours a week. In my first 2 weeks here I was spending 6-12 hours or so a day, and the most I made in one day was 1.65, which is amazing for just writing here, but it certainly wouldn't be enough to live on.
In the just under 3 weeks that I have been here I've made $15.41, and that is alone, without referrals and despite the fact that I have started to slow down a bit this week. I am really just looking for "fun" money, I live at home still, so all I need is pocket money so I can be a little more independent.
I have found 2 other sites so far that I am trying to make money on, but I haven't seen yet how reliable they are, because I haven't gotten to payout yet. But I was referred to both, so I'm guessing I will probably do good as long as I put time into them as well as mylot.

I wouldn't bet on it. It's a nice play to make some extra change, but as a small career? So not likely. You have to be more realistic when you are using Mylot. You can make the payout of 50 bucks in about a month if you try hard enough. I reached 10 within a few months. It all depends on how much time you want to spend on here.

Don't think mylot pays out that much really. remember this is a community site with money injections to keep activity up rather than a paying out site. if you think of this as a money making site you'll be dissapointed, but stay around for the chat if you like
slicethepie.com is interesting - can get 10$ per minute for reviewing songs.
