The record breaking prices of oil in the world market is insane... I have been forced to leave my car at home and just take public transpo on my way to work, going to malls etc... It's just crazy.....

I have to drive my car. public transport is not good around here at all. The gas prices are killing me though. My daughter just doesnt understand that I cant drive her all over the place for the heck of it. Im originally from Scotland and public transport is fantastic. Busses taxis and trains. If they are trying to get rid of the middle class they sure are doing a good job of it.

Not to be cruel, but I'm sick and tired of everyone complaining about the price of gas. Get a grip will ya? Get a better job or more efficient car. I drive an '04 Silverado which has a V8 5.3 litre engine that I drive 25 minutes one way to work everyday. It costs me over $100 to fill it, but I love the truck and deal with the price of gas. It'll get better. Just stop the whining, PLEASE!

we dont have public transpo where i live. I drive my car where ever i go. Yes the gas is high but if you have to getto work you have to drive or walk. Walking to my job is to far of a walk.

I don't live within range of public transportation, so unless it is within walking distance, I have to use my car.
