I've encounter a lot of terms in anime like: yuri, ecchi etc. don't know what the meaning, will you contribute a term in anime to add in my vocabulary? Thanks.

Here: Yuri actually means "Lily" it's common slang to describe shoujo-ai which means "Girl Love". Typically lesbian or girl-hearts-girl anime. Yaoi: Same diff. as Yuri only for boys. Slang for boy love, or shounen-ai. Describing boy-hearts-boy anime.
