how to be not lazy?

First of all start eating - and eat healty food. Your body wont function right without food. Second start getting exercise, it might be hard the first few weeks, but try to really force youself. after a few weeks you'll start feel a lot of new energy coming to you - believe me, I've been where you are now :)

I think there are possible cycles:
- we feel (or we feel results)
- we think
- we do
- we get results ...
e.g. we feel hungry; we think food; we acquire food; we eat (then we feel that fullmess or satisfaction; then we do the action cycle)
When anyone refuses to feel, usually there's no action.
Perhaps the question is: "How do I feel about the outside world?" Is there something I dream of accomplishing?
Perhaps there is a unique answer for each person...
Anyone care to tell us about self-knowledge?
