we face changes and we need to rebalance our life.
It seems the biggest challenge.
I like the seven wellness model: spi phy soc int psych ecol econ
-spi (spiritual): we may be atheist on one extreme or we may totally rely on a Supreme Being ...
-phy (physical): we may be totally sedentary or we may be athletic.
-soc (social): introvert ? extrovert ? (people-centered or not?)
-int (intellectual) : we may hate thinking and do what feels good or we may be analytic.
-psych (psychological) : we may keep harboring negative thoughts and therefore feel bad all day OR we may think positive and avoid negatives ... (negative people specifically :) )
- ecol (ecology) : we may take the planet for granter or we may stop destroying it by proper waste management.
-econ (economic) : we may be frugal and innovative and we may just use up all ooprtunity to grow and invest e.g. financially
I have missed something here I am sure. Someone plesae tell me :) your views

Interesting. One of the things which seems to be missed out here is whether we like to share. Whether we like to give. Sharing one's wealth - like Bill Gates does or sharing one's knowledge like an Indian Guru - who doesn't charge for the same or sharing ones opinions and thoughts - like all of us here - is also very important.

Where does this wisdom come from? :) Is it some some kind of religion or what? :)

they say "wisdom is right application of knowledge"
we see cases where a lot of intelligence and knowledge was used for wrong things.
I think wisdom comes from observing people's lives in the past and the present.
Anyone with comments to share ? :)
