As a new comer into the society, I understand that you have a lot of concerns about job. First you should choose the city you like, the place you gonna live and should love to have a good mood, a good state for work as well. And secondly about the company, to enter a large famouse corporation is meaningful as they have perfect and professional process of the industry which is what you gonna learn from and then can use even you quit and get a new employer. That will be my personal point of view for yr ref.

To study English well is not an easy task. When I am saying this, i don't mean it needs high IQ to do it, but the point is, you have to study it everyday. It isn't a task that can be completed several days or months. At the beginning, you may have a lot of passions and study it everyday, but when you find yr english doesn't improve too much, you will feel tired and bored of it and just wanna give up. No, never do this, will and persistence is the key! Remember and recite this sentence to yrself when you have difficuilties in learning english, and don't forget to encourage yeself. OK, for me, the best way to learn the language is to read a lot, from simple readings to complicated books. It can enlarge yr vocabulary and is also the best way of remembering words. don't try to recite words, because you may remember it today, but forget it the next day. From the readings, you can also know how to use the words. To watch a lot of Enlish movies is also very helpful. At last, listen to some english materials as often as possible. Just my own humble suggestions. hope it helps.

finding a job yeah it is hard esp for newly grad wherein you cant hadn them in experience to decor your resume...bhut just be patient and be positive and feel godo about yourself...dont lose hope and confidence that you willland a good job... there are also times that you will receive more than one offer from different companies, if this happen be thankful but not get too excited you might land to a wrong decision...again be wise in making a decision you can do some brief research for each and every company, in your research try to see how stable the company is and how do you see your career growth with them.. congrats on your graduation...welcome to the real world!!!
