Do you respond to old discussions? How old

i will respond to old discussions when i see them come up again and other people have responded to them.i don't see it makes much difference,i must have missed them when they were originally posted.if it something that interests me i will respond,no matter how old.cheers sue

I respond to messages no matter how old. A lot of my interests haven't had new discussions in a long time, some as long as a year or more! Basically I respond to anything I'm interested in. Of course my priority goes to friends discussions first, then general new posts, then when I am done with the newer ones I want to respond to, I then go to my interest categories and see if there are any discussions that I feel I have something to add to, or just something that really interests me. I think that anytime a person starts a discussion that it deserves some responses so I definitely apply that to older ones.

I will respond to any discussion no matter how old it is if I come across it and it is a topic I feel I want to respond to it. I often wonder when I do if the person who started it ever goes back to check if there are any new posts, though.
