Have you tried this?...... 3 pcs. banana ( not so ripe saba, cut in cubes) 1 small pineapple ( cut in cubes) Put all this in a blender with two glass of water. Mix well. You can add a little ginger while mixing in a blender but this is optional. This is good for detoxification and best to take in the morning as your breakfast. Your next meal now is lunch. Ginger is anti-cancer, so you can add if you want.

That's nice of you but what do you mean by allergic to pineapple? You feel itchiness in your throat? why not give it a try, this is different. It's just something like juice with plenty of fiber.

That sounds wonderful!
But someone told me that it's not health to eat banana with empty stomach.Does this is scientific diet?
