Do you know any innovative receipe to use soya in our food?

of late I have been hearing soya where ever I go, be it soya milk, soya tofu, soya bread, soya dumplings. I know Japnese and chinese have a lot of soya, which is their health secret. so how do you incorporate soya in your daily diet, have you tried naything new with it, kindly pass on.
