Are the PTC sites Genuine....?

i just wanted to know if these PTC sites are genuine? anyone got paid from these sites? which site would you recommend as reliable? has anyone purchased refferal packages do you actually earn as the sites claim? can you name some good sites for me please? and are the reviews on PTC talk authentic?
