I have lost 60 lbs in 3 1/2 months

I know it's not the easy way out, it's hard to sacrifice life as you know if for life as someone with half a stomach. Did they give you a card to carry around to justify ordering off of a kids menu if you so desire? My sister had this surgery I guess it's four years ago now, wow. Bless you and good luck!

that is great that you have lost so much. I am glad you were able to get the surgery done. I have been looking into losing some weight, and it is very hard to do.

I totally agree. I had it as well, had mine may 11. I do without things that most people eat or drink everyday like pop, candy, many fried foods. I have lost 90 pounds since may but also work toward losing. It didn't happen all by itself. This is also a tool, not the easy way out, I believe that as well.
