best antivirus

today in the era of technology computer is inevitable. but more necessary is its maintenance specially from unwanted softwares like viruse.
a good antivirus should b ligt on the memory of computer.
so simple to b used. but quite effective.
there r so many antiviruses but no antivirus is there which can heal the infected files beside to delete them.

yes i agree there are lots antivirus software available but only few are able to detach viruses from infected file that too only few viruses. i think they are not able to do that because they don't have detailed information about viruses. they don't know what damages viruses had make to the infected so they just delete them instead of trying to repair.
