i believe even the most succesful man on earth also have the lowest point in his life.who knows, it might eveb b a reason why he is succesful right now...cos he works hard to over come his depression and to prove to others what he really worth.
if im too depressed my world tend to stop. i will just cry the whole day.but i wont let my self to b stuck on it.reality bites.when my parents seperated thats the lowest point for my life and not only me but my siblings as well.but life needs to move on.and life it self is not perfect.just said that i cant have a complete family and i think its not possible already.but i well feel very sad if i will loose any of them.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage depression, as it is part of life in busy world.
But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.

my lowest point ever is when i failed a paper in my professional exam some years ago,and a week or so later my lover told me that she was no interested in me again,u can imagine what will happen,i cried all thru the nite, missing two things within a week, but glory to God,i'd gone over them now and i now know how to handle lowest point in life a little better than then.
