I Want to Cry

Guys this is so weird and I just can’t understand why these past few days I am very sensitive. Like the slightest thing can make me very upset. When I travel to and from work, the slightest thing irritates me. The slightest gesture of any person made me feel like he or she doesn’t like me. Although I know that it is probably just my imagination. Well this is probably just a phase and I hope to get out of it soon. This cannot be a pre-menstrual syndrome because I just had my period last week. I am probably burned out from too much work and have been worrying too much lately. Anyway, it’s a little odd because I really don’t have any problems but at night when I am about to sleep, I feel a wave of sadness and I just cry and cry.

I just want to ask something personal if you don't mind... Do you have a husband or a boyfriend?? Because I think you know "baby"... Since you said you don't have any problem and you are being too sensitive then it might be... Do you feel anything aside from that?? Hope you won't get mad of what I've said... Take care of your self.. Try to talk to someone who is very close to you and tell her/him what do you feel.. Maybe you just need someone to talk to and to listen...

the only reason i can give for all the crying is that you have unresolved emotional ties, like someone left you and you did not have closure. just take time and examine your life slowly and try to figure out what it is that you don't like in your life or what it is that you want to achieve so much but you have not since failure also affects us emotionally. or better still seek psychological help and go for counseling. i had a similar problem but i resolved it, yu are not alone and be more open and know life aint perfect

seems your life is so boring and monotonous, home-work-home activity is not doing good for you. You should try to relax and go out with friends so you won't have time to think of negative things. This syndrome is happening to those whose life lacks some glitters and is afraid that it will be the same until they grow old. I hope this is not you my dear.
Try to relax, go to spa and pamper yourself, go out with friends or take a hobby to make you busy after work. Good luck!

Ohhh my..You are not the only one.have you been thrue a lot of trouble lately.I feel the same way as you.But mybe becouse i dont have my family here w/ me.Slightly gestures,and small things makes me mad.Yesterday when i was sitting i did cried like a baby, i am so upset w/ a lot of things.Things that i cannot hadle right now.I cant handles any jokes and i am so unhappy..I cannot control this emotions, i dont know why.
i talked this out w/ my partner but he understand me about it because i been thrue a lot of things,i got homesick ,problem w/ my parents and sister and at work become to busy, not enough sleep.But i cant do nothing about it.I tried to solve it but i guess i am to burn out too of things that happened to me.Try to talk often to the person you trust,open your feelings and just cry if you need too w/ that you will feel better..

I think you should need a break. Go to a vacation for one week, you should give time for yourself. It happened to me before and what I did is to stay in the beach for the whole day, assessed all the things that bothers me, in life, work, family and etc. After that, I'm fully recharged. there is nothing to worry and nothing to be afraid.it must be a result of the high pressure and overworking. everyone have such period. take it easy and let it be
everything will be ok.if you really want to cry,cry out.cus it can contribute to our body.wish you can recover soon.
