does anybody go to the gym / myLot

hi do you or don't you go to the gym?? i don't, for one there is not one where i live, and for two i don't think i could go to one because there are lots of people that are going to look at you and i don't like that what about you????

i go to the gym but am not very regular i need to strongly motivate myself to go there and workout..i go but i dont enjoy there..i would rather play a sport instead..that is more fun

Well first of all when u go to a gym its for u not for other's U're going n its not bad thing to do but u dont necessarily go to gym to keep you fit u can do some exercises at home which is not a bad way to keep u fit

I do not go to gym that often, first I NEED TO PAY FOR IT... second, I USUALLY DON'T HAVE THE TIME FOR ONE! So I usually work out in the very comfort of my own home. Using just Dumbels and benches and push-ps or anything that doesn't involve BIG WORK OUT MACHINES
