Earlier I never used to believe that we need food suppliments as in terms of capsules or any other tablets. But with the kind of sedentary lifestyle we are leading now, I feel it has become an essential part of our health regime. Without food suppliments we get prone to many kind of diseases and the main reason behind is the lifestyle. What do you think, do we need suppliment these days?

I can tell you I did my masters paper on nutrition and learning and you would be really surprised what I found out about food and how it affects our bodies! Most food that we eat are so lacking in vitamins that we need to take supplements but even they lack what they say they have! Did you know that water treatment plants have to occasionally empty out thier tanks and scrape supplements off the sides? They stuff is then taken to a toxic waste dump. Two things to note: the viatmims aren't totally breaking down and, two: toxic. I have a line that I like to take that is certifiable organic and is safe!

people are busy these days and what they do is take these medications and food supplements. These supplements work but we still need to verify how they really work and mustn't depend on these. We need to still eat right and follow a healthy lifestyle to be healthy.
I'm drinking a food supplement now, it helps me but i don't depend on it. It only provides me carbs but no vitamins are indicated. I don't want to drink it but they provide me with it and it helps me maintain my red blood count. It helps in a way.

just like you 've mentioned above;the main reason behind this is lifestyle--which in my opinion, mainly depends on you, you attitude towards life.
food suppliments are not natural, but made by people.if the use of it not well guided, it could be a disaster.i think you need professionals' help before taking it to ensure the safety.
