Do you have the same feeling as me?

I sometimes have this kind of feeling that the thing happening at that moment happened sometime before. I am not sure whether it's me who have this kind of feeling or others too have this kind of feeling.
It goes like this. One time when my husband was talking to me and suddenly I learned that this had happened sometime before. His words, his gestures, his facial expressions, mine gestures, my facial expressions were so familiar that I was sure I had experienced that. And then I later find that this feeling comes to me from time to time. My husband told me that maybe it was because I once dreamed about that. I don't know it for sure. Do you have this kind of feeling as me? Let me know. Is there something wrong with me?

that's called deja vu lee. experiencing something that you feel already happened to you before. i have experienced it a lot of times. still experiencing one once in a while. every time it happens to me i'm like, i swear this has happened before! but i can't racked up in my brains when or where it happened or what happened after. i can't really prove if it really did happen already.

Thank you for your response. Then I am at ease. Since every one has experienced it once in a while, I needn't worry about it too much. Maybe it's a normal way people surprise himself mentally! :)

I have had this feeling long times ago .I don't know why.It seems like it happended before and i met it.But recently, i have this feeling not only just the things i did,but also some scene on the TV show ,different programmes,others said there is nothing similar in these progammes,but i really remember it happened.It just like everything i meet have happened before,and it happened again!!!

Ah, your situation is much worse than mine. But just take it easy. I don't think it is something terrible. From the response, you can see that many people have this kind of experiences. So, just calm down. And if you would like, you can see a doctor. But in my opinion, you are enough to take care of this. It's not a big deal, right?

No there is nothing wrong with you.. Maybe you will realize that here, as i am sure, many people maybe have had those same feelings.. But never gave it a second thought, until someone like you, mention it :)
i have had similar feelings few times in past, its little eerie like something out of twilight zone lol
Maybe your husband is right, maybe you did see it in a dream.. Our minds are very complicated, and maybe we can foresee something for few seconds and then it do happen. Had my mind all my life and still not understand it hahahah.
Another strange thing is... I have been somewhere or in a house for first time and could swear I been there before..

This kind of topic to do with the mind, really fascinates me

wow...yeah man it do happens sometimes...me n my friends discussed the same topic some weeks back....u feel as
if u have already done that or said that before....but can't figure it out when....
