does pay2surf pay?

i am a member of a PTC site named pay2surf. they pay 2-50 cents per click. i have now $22.50 in my balance at that site. and the minimum payout $40.
does that site really pay?
some people say they only pay if you have verified paypal account, and other people say they dont pay at all!
has anybody been paid by that site?
please let me know if you get paid.

well i don't know much i just joined this site and found its main drawback that you can request payout after 45 days only..and it is not confirmed whether it requires confirm paypal account or not..
well don't believe in such sites just look for easy and trusted sites..as i am doing..it is the only best way to earn safely..

I'm pretty interested in knowing that myself. I just joined that site as well a couple days ago. It would be nice to know if I'm wasting my time.
