how do you imagine myLot?

Hi mylotters I started this post because a really good one of someone I know was deleted. I think of my lot as a virtual 'Market' Y'know lots of colour, different voices of different nationalities hawking their wares(all they're selling is their point of view). One voice can be raised in happiness, another can be a whispered cry for help. sticking with the market analogy, you can pop down a sidestreet and find an odd discussion in 'Messing with your mind'( the equivelent of a magical bazaar)or to a large bulding like 'questions and answers'. so, How do you 'imagine' mylot??

Hello there jimbo. I was reading one of the blog-sites of someone and he or she went along to mention that mylot is as busy and where most sites seem to be quiet, mylot will always be busy with activities. I imagine mylot to be like Harry Potter magic school where all magical discussions are going on. Awesome discussion here.

I've had to time to think about this some more.. the way I use mylot is like an old bulletinboard therefore my actions and conversations are a 'snapshot' in time, and when I read other users discussion's there is almost a narrative quality to it. (like connecting the clues people leave, to find out what there talking about!)I almost never get to interact 'live' with anyone, because of the way I use Mylot(Not online at home, and workin in v busy enviroment) which sucks.. In short I see mylot as an virtual warehouse with lotbots(average user posting fluff to earn money) and the notbots(those who want to talk around 'sensitive topics and discussions) which are a permenent fixture(unless the thread is deleted).

hi jimbomuso I imagine mylot as a community of many nations who are all in a lot of great ways alike and in others different. viva la difference. We are a loving warm helpful sharing and caring community.I do care about all myfriends, and found that they return that. its so refreshing to know I can count on my friends to be here for me. I am moving away to a strange city,a strange apartment, leaving all I have known for years, so once I get my computer hooked back up I will cling to mylot friends as they are something familar in an otherwise odd new world.I will really miss my best friend.we aregoing out tomorrow night, and I must get her email address as I mislaid it, as I will be e mailing her a lot afterwe move.
