"Perfect timing" for the rain.

Another rainy day here in England, but I can't help but noticing that even if it is sunny for most of the day it nearly always decides to rain when the kids come out of school to they get home. Often 3:15 to 4:00 and then stops! It's insane, anyone else notice this? What do you think of it?

I find that, if I'm on an early shift, the rain starts about 3pm but, if I'm on a late shift the sun will come out at about 2pm. I've been off work this week and I live directly opposite a primary school .... I've seen the umbrellas go up every day....its 4pm now and its stopped.
