What's your PTC strategy?

When it comes to PTC (Paid-To-Click) sites, a lot of people open multiple browser sessions with multiple tabs open so they can quickly and easily click through ads and get paid. Do you ever look at any of the ads that are presented or do you just skip them all? Do you feel that if you are skipping all of the ads that it's cheating? And finally, if you do look at the ads, do you frequently sign up for another service based on the ad(s) you have viewed?
