Do You Use an Inhaler Often?

I have an inhaler and on the side it's listed as use twice daily as needed. I don't use it daily though, only when I need it. But, to answer your question, do NOT use more than 2 times a day. If you need it more, go to the doctor and request an inhaler with a higher prescription. He may also put you on respiratory care and breathing exercises. Good luck!

hi there Joyce110 yes my two children have ashama but its only when they have a cold or infection in the chest my daughter had 3 this year hopefully it won't come back its hard when kids have it i have mild ashama like my children the only way i get it is when i go near dust it makes me sneeze and then i start getting asthama. another thing is that my daughter wasted the ashama pump i told her you should not do that because its important to have i had to buy more yesterday i now leave them in the cupboard and when she needs it i will get it and then i watch her do it take care happy postings.
