If you have to use an inhaler often, you must have them handy at all times. But the Biggest Problem is not knowing, if you have run out of doses. I have found a solution to this problem. It is www.Counterstrip.com, they sell inexpensive counters for all makes of inhalers except for those who already have mfg. counters. You can read all about them on the web-site above. THEY ARE GREAT!

I have an inhaler and on the side it's listed as use twice daily as needed. I don't use it daily though, only when I need it. But, to answer your question, do NOT use more than 2 times a day. If you need it more, go to the doctor and request an inhaler with a higher prescription. He may also put you on respiratory care and breathing exercises.
Good luck!

yes my two children have ashama but its only when they have a cold or infection in the chest my daughter had 3 this year hopefully it won't come back its hard when kids have it i have mild ashama like my children the only way i get it is when i go near dust it makes me sneeze and then i start getting asthama.
another thing is that my daughter wasted the ashama pump i told her you should not do that because its important to have i had to buy more yesterday i now leave them in the cupboard and when she needs it i will get it and then i watch her do it
