What is your favorite chinese meal or meal recipe?

The Chinese restaurant near me has a great menu... for me the favorite is a dish with shrimp, scallops, chunks of sirloin, and wonderful veggies like snow peas, water chestnuts, little corn thingy's in a lovely brown kinda gingery, sesame, soy flavored sauce... Great with steamed rice, wonton soup, egg rolls, and hot tea, and I'm set! At places that are "fast food" Chinese, my favorites are orange chicken, sweet and sour pork, chicken with veggies and cashews when they have it, or mushroom chicken with vegetables and fried rice with chow mein noodles... Mu-Shu pork, and those little pancakes is also great when done well! I also used to like kung pao chicken, but it's kinda faded out for favorites for me... A couple of things I love you can't get often in restaurants are lovely little puffy steamed breadlike buns, filled with sesame, garlic, chive pork filling... I also love those pork filled soft noodle dumplings with a sweetish soy sauce... YUM... you're making me hungry!

Hot noodles with beef add some dumplings! I like lemon with the soy sauce (preferably low sodium Kikoman!)
