I am assisting a much older lady repair her computer. I believe she is in her mid seventies. In any event the Windows 2000 program stops about three quarters of the way across the Win200 page progress bar and emits the great blue scream, I mean screen death! I would like to down load one free of charge that will work on a CD as that is the only drive available at this time, and hopefully it will help me pass the great blue screen and on to a solution. Any suggestions?
