The other day I get call from a good friend of mine that said she bought this laptop from a friend of hers but the problem was it had so much problems locking and had blue screen errors constantly she didn't know what to do. She gave me the laptop yesterday to check out the problem was, it had an error with the hard drive and needed to be replaced. After scanning to things for the memory and hard drive -- memory test passed but hard drive locked when I did a diagnostic check and gave critical errors that it failed.
So earlier today the friend of mine went with me so I can buy her a new hard drive for her laptop and so I installed everything back in including doing the data recovery on the hard drive that crashed money came in good for the repair. So she's happy, I'm happy and for that I got for new clients that she referred me too for computer repair.
Life is good, being a computer technician and a network support specialists pays off to have technology solved for people who use it on a daily basis.

my friendthe worst thing to have I guess would be your computer giving some hardware problem. And especially if the problem is related to motherboard then I guess this is a situation which nobody would want to be in. I have done a pause in hardware so that I can repair small problems which could to my computer. But then if you have had their problems like problems with the motherboard then what can you do you don't have much choice left rather than replacing the same. And in today's market a new motherboard will not be achieved thing to buy. It would definitely be very heavy on your pockets so I don't like when there are problems with my motherboard but yes if there's a problem and I can solve that then there is a great happiness which cannot be explained in words not only I feel like a save some money but also it gives me a certain amount of satisfaction. And I really feel that in today's world if you want to have a computer then you should have a little at hardware knowledge otherwise you'll be spending a lot of money on your computer when it gets hold. For example I seeing a lot of people calling the support person and giving them more than a hundred bucks just because their RAM card got close enough because they might have shifted the computer from one place to another. Now I guess the shifting was very costly but if the person you a little bit of hardware than he could have himself detected the problem and a could have solved it without any real problems.
