Do you take vitamins regularly?

As a kid, my mom always made sure that we took a multi-vitamin with breakfast each day. Even when we went on a trip, she'd bring a vitamin container and remind us to take the tablets. Now that I'm all grown up, I've stopped taking vitamins. I feel that my immune system is strong enough and if I ever catch something, i can always take medicine. Lately, I've been suffering from a cold, so I decided to pop some vitamin C tablets again. Who else here takes vitamins regularly? What kind do you take?

Unless i forget i take them
Food is over processed and our environment is often less than what it should be .
Help yourself and take the multivitamin.

Since I don't take very good care of myself as far as diet and exercising, I feel like I should take a multi-vitamin just to even out things. I take a multi-vitamin and a high dose of Vitamin C every day. I believe that taking the Vitamin C will help ward off those awful germs so I won't get sick as much. I have a low immune level and used to pick up anything that flew around. I don't seem to catch as much sickness since I take the vitamin C so maybe that has helped. Don't know about the multi-vitamin, but I still take it. lol

i have never taken any vitamins unless i was ill.i think the food we eat contain enough vitamins to strong our immune system. do you think so?

Food supplements are really a great help in young people. But even grown-ups like us still needs vitamins to help us sustain in these tiring works. I also stopped taking vitamins but our kids still taking their food supplements. KEEP SMILING = NEIL

good day..sadly I try to but some days I just miss it because of the hectic schedule that I face everyday. I know that vitamins are good to our health and we should take it daily. I take primarily Vitamin C's.

Vitamin C is good for preventing cold and it is good for taking vitamin tablets for a short period. Taking vitamins for a long period is not good, if it is more than enough for the body, that itself create problems and cause diseases. I think it is better to get vitamins through our diet. you may get enough Vit C by eating citrus fruits, goose berry etc.
