Did anyone watch the show on CBS on Thursday night? (If not, they're repeating it on Saturday, tonight.) I watched it! I already had my two favorite dogs picked out. First is Presley, the boxer. We have a grand-pup boxer named Rocky and Presley looks just like him, brindle with floppy ears. My second favorite is, of course, Tillman the skateboarding bulldog. I actually made a Squidoo lens about each of them, in fact. I think they're both going to do really well on the show.
I thought Tillman might have an advantage in the competition because of his fame as a skateboarder, but after watching the show I'm not sure that's going to matter. The contestant pairs are judged by how well the owner interacts with his or her dog and how responsive the dog is to the owner. That pretty much levels the playing field, actually. I was very happy to see that Presley, although he's a young dog, was very responsive to his owner, Travis (who's a really cute single guy, ladies!) and they did very well in the competitions. Of course Tillman did very well, too.
Did you watch the show? Do you have a favorite? I'd love to know what you have to say!

I watched part of the show, haven't really picked a favorite yet. They are all so cute and talented. I felt sorry for the owner and the little one who was booted out. I do understand why they had to go. The pooch was adorable (the name is on the tip of my tongue). They all did such a good job.

It was Michael and Ezzie that got sent home. Ezzie's an adorable little Boston terrier. I felt really bad for Michael, too. It looked as if reality was setting in for the rest of the contestants at that point, too, when Michael and Ezzie took their last lap. No matter how talented the dog and how good the pair, somebody's going home each week. Lots of money on the line, too ($250,000).

Yep thats who it was. I felt sorry for them. Michael was being the announcer, and he was playing the part by being over the top, boisterious, thats the thing that go him booted out. The attention was on him instead of on Ezzie, Ezzie was so cute and the expressions were adorable.

I don't have cable, so I've never seen the dog whisperer, but my son loves to watch that. He has two dogs that definitely need a whole lot more whispering!

I like dogs and all, but just can't stand another reality "who's the best" show. They are just getting old. Hope your favorite wins!
