You are about to Die..

First I would call my mother and tell her not to be sorry or feel sad for me because I'm moving to a better place hopefully... the second is to correct one thing I could correct at that moment... something i regretted doing or will cause damage if left unsolved!

I will make arrangements for money to make my mom to live without any trouble. I will also call all my loved ones and tell them how much I love them

I just need to do one thing, to continue with what I am doing.

the first thing i would do is to call all the people i love and tell them that they have always been very special to me and i love them a lot an will want them as my friends and relatives in my next birth and will ask them not to miss me when i am gone and i think this will be the only thing i would want to do at that time.
