I for one do not mind interracial dating. I think it shows that people are open minded, and open hearted. I've dated outside my race before. I think love should be more about who the person is, rather than what color they are. I truly do not have a racial preference. A lot of people feel that someone who looks like you will have more in common with you, and I am here to say that comment is total bull crap. How do you feel about it?

I have dated outside of my race. I am currently in a interracial relationship. I was raised to judge people by the things that they can change and have control over. For me to not like a person because of their race would be equivalent to not liking someone because they had a physical handicap or because they had a mental issue. Just not in me to do that. However there is still a lot of prejudice in the world and in certain parts of the country it is more acceptable than others. I do think that from a cultural standpoint there may be some differences that you have to overcome occassionally.

I currently am involved in inter-racial relationship myself & my daughter is mixed as well... I don't see my girl friend as someone outside of my race, rather, I see her as someone I'm deeply in love with... We've been together for 6 years & the racial difference was never an issue...
