How do you de-stress yourself, relax and refocus when the stresses of your life are getting too intense and you just need a break? I usually take a walk and clear my head. What's your remedy for dealing with stress?

when i am stressed, i tend to do one of my hobbies and i find that really helps. it gets my mind of the issue i am dealing with and then when i go back to it, sometimes i can look at it from a different angle.

Distraction is a good way to de-stress. Immercing yourself in something helps to rest your mind from frustrations. My best de-stressing distraction is to lose myself in a good book.

..we've got the same remedy for that..just walk, focus on the things around me...and after a few minutes i'm doing fine already...but sometimes i also try listening music while walking..and it's more effective...try it...it's cool

Thanks for your response. I have walked listening to music, but lately I have walked just listening to the birds and the leaves rustle with the wind. Very relaxing.
