Is fox cash a scam?

I hate fox cash for deleting my account and now I have to start back at zero. What a waste of time and effort. They say that they are going to go back to retain the database but why was my account not reinstated when my account has been a while? What a scammer's trick.

Well my account wasn't deleted but my money was reduced and I don't have any interest in staying with them. I for sure would not try to promote the site.
