crying time

You may find yourself crying at unexpected times and places. If you need to or feel safer doing so excuse yourself and retreat to somewhere private. But don't feel shame, for you are entitled to your tears.

Im crying alot lately. im fed of it to be honest. I dont think ive ever felt more stressed and depressed than what I am now. Im getting married in 8 weeks today and I suffer with my nervous anyway. I have panic attacks all the time when I try and leave the house, I cant go places on my own and I know it sounds daft but I even have problems answering the phone. So as you can imgaine, a wedding on top of all that is not good. Im feeliing so down and Im fed up with my self because a wedding is suppose to be the happiest day of my life and im really scared that im going to be too depressed on the day to actually enjoy it. Im also trying to plan my hen night which is REALLY getting me down because people are messing me around. We are suppose to have limos to go in town. We were suppose to have two limos beacuse there are 16 of us and limo only hold 8. Anyway...people were messing me around not paying the deposit, and then all of a suddon after I have cancled one of the limos people are paying up and its too late but I cant tell them now that they can come. Me and my sister are falling out over it because shes helping me organise it all. I know it may all sound petty and patheic but Im really struggling at the moment. I hate being depressed and stressed. When I was 15 it was really bad, so bad I wanted to end my life. People always say.."oh whats he/she got to be depressed about blah blah blah" but what people dont understand is that being depressed is a horomone imbalance in the brain.

When things are going like that and you can't cope ask for help I mean see a counselor or a Doctor to help you because if small problems bother you that's must be something wrong to be fix in you as you said about hormone imbalance. More problems will arise when married is over, such as adapting to new life as wife, girlfriend is very different than bieng a wife. You must be prefared to cope whatever situation, like having inlaws.

To be honest i dont think my life after the wedding will be much different, we already live together and unfortunalty I dont have any inlaws as they both past away. I would to have got to know my in laws. I have seen a doctor in the past and I do have some tablets to take to keep me calm. Emma :)

Yeah, it really sucks, man. I'm not embarrassed by it, but I wouldn't tell my friends. Most people don't understand sadness and some people would rather mock a person than ask what's wrong. When I'm upset about something I just stay in my room and watch TV, letting the moment pass.

That's right just stay away, and make it in your private to go whatever you feel to do.

I cry all the time. I have never been ashamed of my tears. I have always believe that crying is never an indication that I am weak or too emotional as a person. Crying is my form of prayer, wherein tensions, fears, pains, doubts, sadness, interest, plans and joys, I expressed. To cry for me means letting something out for me to be free.
