I can't say that I've truly been anywhere yet. I haven't even left the east coast. The towns in the states that I've been in encourage me to want to travel all over. Because I haven't traveled very far I feel dumb compared to other people. I have a broad range of interests, but I've only seen very little so far in my life.

Edinburgh in Scotland, it's where I met my girlfriend (cue the mandatory 'awwww') hehe.
Apart from that reason, I found Edinburgh to be one of the most vibrant cities I've ever seen, the castle is beautiful, it's just full of fascination I think.
It just opened my mind up to different things that we don't get down here in the South Wales valleys! haha :D

The place I have been that has most altered me was at the Sixth World Assembly of Disabled People in Sapporo, Japan in 2002. It changed me a lot because I realized that disabled people really are capable or changing the world around them to better suit them no matter where they are located in the world. As a disabled person, I have told people we were capable of this but I actually never entirely with my whole heart believed it. After that event I did and I have never been the same since.
