Hi.
I don't know a game download site but I use p2p services for the same thing and more often then not I am able to lay my hands on whatever software I want. not only games but music and movies are also available this way for free. I am currently using Ares. There are a couple of other p2p that you can choose from.

Thanks for your helpful information.But,according to my knowledge,worldwinner does not allow to download games,they provide you online gaming that you can play with having an account in the site and then you can earn money from it.

There are some free games that people create on their own and post to the internet, like neverball, and nvpac14, but no real games like Galaga, or Pac-man, or more recent games like cake mania. Any games you get for free are either going to be lame, (but fun) or illegal.
