why do we need to clean bathing towels? aren't we clean when we use them?

It is a great question. But think about it if you have someone living with you that do not pay attention and suppose that this person gets his or hers hands very oily and go to the bathroom and clean it in your towel. LOL. Sorry this is too funny!

well, the bathing towel is not meant to clean us by to dry us right? so the main property of it is that it has to be dry. of course you won't want to dry your clean body with a dirty towel, which is another reason why it has to be clean LOL. Personally, I love the smell of a freshly washed warm clean bath towel, which is what we get in hotels. And for myself at home, I will wash my bath towels with less soap and a shorter cycle, because as you have rightly pointed out, they aren't quite dirty from cleaning our clean bodies! have a nice day!

it is because it can still accumulate dust and other dirt. you don't want dust to on your skin right???

its because people are worried about bacteria and mold growing on wet towels that dont dry out completely.. there are towels now that you can buy that nothing will grow on but umm i dunno about you but whatever chemical they use on that i dont want on my body!!
