Online degree - is it worth it?

Hi. I started off going to a traditional university but as time progressed, I didnt have the time to go to a traditional university so I went to school online, Colorado Technical University. I received by bachelors degree in business administration and I am going back for another bachelors degree in information technology. Honestly, even though I got my degree online, employers didnt seem to care. As a matter of fact, some employers were more impressed that I had the discipline to complete a degree online because it is more challenging. On my actuall degree, it doesnt even say that it was obtained online and on most of my interviews, I wasnt asked if it was it obtained online. Online university's cant be a huge risk because they are very popular and the number of institutions offering online degrees are increasing. At this day and age, life doesnt really allow us to go to a physicial school unless we dont have any responsibilites. Employers are looking for the peice of paper, not for the avenue that you took to get it. Let me know if I can be of any more help on this for you!
