I have a Question about Google Earth

Goolge Earth this man - Google Earth Taking a Pic on this Man, hahahaha

I was wondering what is the scheduled day and time do the Google Earth Team do the KODAK moment (Take Picture), so If I know the sked I will go to my roof top and do my Picture Post.. Pllss Do you have any idea about this?:)

All I know is,It's not updated frequently- The Udvar Hazy Annex of the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum beside Washington DC's Dulles Airport will be open 5 Years come December,I've been in it to see the Space Shuttle,Concorde,and the SR-71 Blackbird Exhibits,and any time I look on G.E.,it's STILL showing the Earthmovers building it!

its taken randomly throughout different periods. They mainly take it when many many buildings and features are removed .. ie if ..... millenium dome was knocked down. house of parliament rebuilt. several streets built.. they would have to retake photos to actually show factual information.
