we often meet the scene of dogs and cows moving freely on the busy roads they cause serious accidents leading to invaluable lives of human beings and animals.the cows belong to someone living in the nearby neighborhood.the owner of the cows take care of them only when they need milk from them or the animals meet some accidents.there are noone to take care of roaming dogs.shouldn't we have sympathy with them? should we not do anything to avoid such accidents.the dog has been our friend since time immemorial, isn't it?animals too deserve our sympathy.

Hello,Iqbal! This seen you will find in most of the Indian streets.specially in my city lots of street dogs and cows, bullocks are seen roaming in the streets and market places and causing much hardship for the pedestrians and causing problems to the drivers of vehicles.despite all rule prescribed by the Municipal Corporation the situation is not improving.but the Municipality authority is not taking any interest to implement the rules and punish the owners of the cows and bullocks.thanx.
