First are you Democrat or Republican?
I vote democrat, and I have a question.
Will we have a first for the presidential election 2008. will we have our first african american president? Now that Hilary has decied to drop out and back Obama, what do you think will happen?
We already have a movie about an african american president "Head Of State," is it really going to happen?
How would you feel with the 2008 presidentail election brought us our first african american president?
Honestly I have no idea how I would feel. I would proabaly say its about time we had a change!
But is it really going to happen, I guess we will know in november hun!!

I really do not care if our new president is a afican american or not,his race does not mean that much since people are people regardless of their race...What concerns me is i keep hearing that he is muslim,that part bothers me..Not that i have anything against muslim since i do not know anything about them,but i just hope that if he does win ,he will leave his religious ideas out of it...I am usually Democrat,however this has been such a mess about the presidental election ,i have not voted and do not even know if i will or not....

And I agree that people are people no matter their race. See this is why I am not sure about the whole thing, because I want our next president to benefit the people and do some things to fix up the united states as opposed to trying to help other countries first.

Hi drkimble...I don't care if the next President is Black, White, Green, Mocha or Caramelo as long as we get out of this hole and make a positive move forward. We are in need of some drastic changes and I hope things get better for us with the new President.

I truly believe that this is the year where we will see our first Black President. The nation is ready for a change. We have had the epitome of wrong-ness with this so-called president that we have now. Most people don't want another republican in office after Bush, and even though McCain is well known, most people don't seem to be paying his campaign any attention. I sure hope that Obama is elected, I actually believe that he can make a change for us in the right direction, and isn't just talking mess when he says it. He can't do any worse than the one we got now!!!
